Dr. Smith is an Assistant Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of South Florida. Her research spans a variety of topics related to occupational health and the work-life interface, with particular focus on leisure time, health behaviors, and lifespan approaches to health and well-being. She is passionate about interdisciplinary research and real-world impact. In her free time, she enjoys racket sports, cooking projects, befriending stray cats, and seeing movies in the theater.
